Global Graphene Technologies was established towards the end of 2015 as the holder of Sri Lanka's RS Mines, a graphite miner and graphene oxide producer.
GGT aimed to float on the Australian stock exchange, and in August 2016 the company concluded two financing rounds prior to the float. It is not clear if the company is still in business, though.
