Graphene Nanotech

Graphene Nanotech (GPNT) was a Spanish startup that aimed to develop products based on epitaxial graphene grown on SiC (silicon carbide) substrates.

The company was collaborating with several Spanish research institute - CSIC (Spanish National Research Council), CNM (National Microelectronics Center), UNIZAR (University of Zaragoza), INA (Institute of Nanoscience of Aragon) and the ICMA (Materials Science Institute of Aragon).
