Argo Graphene Solutions, developer of the STREAM™ graphene production platform exclusively licensed from Grapherry, has closed a non-brokered private placement, issuing 1,841,571 units at CA$0.80 per unit (about US$0.58) for gross proceeds of CA$1,473,257 (about US$1,058,800). The offering was upsized from its original CA$1 million target to up to CA$1.5 million earlier in the process, following an initial CA$1 million financing launch and a subsequent pricing amendment that cut the unit price from CA$1.00 to CA$0.80. 

Proceeds will go toward advancing Argo's STREAM commercialization strategy, including securing and developing a facility in the Chicago, Illinois area, continuing development of the STREAM technology, and general working capital. STREAM converts carbon-rich feedstocks into graphene and graphene oxide through two pathways, STREAM-G and STREAM-O, reducing reliance on mined natural graphite.

Argo Graphene Solutions, a Canadian graphene company developing a vertically integrated graphene refinery around its STREAM™ production platform, has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement from $1,000,000 to up to $1,500,000, citing strong investor demand.

The upsized offering will now consist of up to 1,875,000 units at $0.80 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one transferable warrant, with each warrant exercisable at $1.00 per share for 12 months from issuance. The offering also carries an over-allotment option for up to an additional 375,000 units, for up to $300,000 in further gross proceeds, exercisable at the company's discretion. 

Argo Graphene Solutions Corp. (CSE: ARGO), developer of the STREAM™ graphene production platform, has amended the terms of the non-brokered private placement it announced earlier this month. Under the revised terms, Argo now proposes to issue up to 1,250,000 units at CA$0.80 per unit (about US$0.58), down from the original CA$1.00 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to CA$1,000,000 (about US$722,600), with an over-allotment option for a further 250,000 units that could bring the total to CA$1,200,000 (about US$867,200). Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, with each warrant exercisable into an additional share at $1.00 for one year. The offering remains subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold and approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Proceeds are earmarked for securing and developing a facility in the Chicago area, advancing STREAM™ technology and related intellectual property, establishing a graphene refinery, and general working capital. STREAM™, developed at Grapherry, Inc. under the leadership of Dr. Vikas Berry and exclusively licensed to Argo with a contractual path to full ownership, produces both STREAM-G™ graphene and STREAM-O™ graphene oxide from carbon-rich feedstocks.

The financing will go toward securing and developing a facility in the Chicago, Illinois area, continuing development of STREAM technology and intellectual property, and general corporate working capital.

STREAM, exclusively licensed from Grapherry, converts carbon-rich feedstocks into graphene and graphene oxide through two pathways, STREAM-G and STREAM-O, reducing reliance on mined natural graphite as a feedstock source. Argo has positioned the platform for applications across energy storage, AI infrastructure, semiconductors, construction, composites, agriculture, and coatings.

Argo Graphene Solutions has reported encouraging initial performance results from its graphene oxide (GO) cement additive program, using graphene produced through the proprietary STREAM™ graphene production platform licensed exclusively from Grapherry. 

In its initial testing, Argo found that adding only 0.05 wt.% graphene oxide - roughly five parts GO per 10,000 parts cement by weight - increased ultimate compressive strength by approximately 60% compared to control samples. Testing used ASTM-standard 2-inch by 2-inch cement specimens cured for seven days prior to compression testing, and the Company reports that the results were reproduced consistently across multiple independent test batches.

Argo Graphene Solutions has announced that it has closed its previously announced upsized non-brokered private placement offering for aggregate gross proceeds of CA$634,821 (around US$457,000).

The Company plans to use the proceeds for general working capital purposes and to continue its research and development of its graphene products.

Argo Graphene Solutions has announced that it has entered into a license agreement with Grapherry in respect of Grapherry's proprietary STREAM graphene production platform and all related intellectual property.

Pursuant to the Agreement, Grapherry has agreed to grant Argo an exclusive worldwide license to use, develop, manufacture, and commercialize the Technology for an initial term of 10 years. Upon the issuance of all consideration shares and warrants described below, full ownership of the Technology and all related intellectual property will automatically transfer outright to Argo, resulting in Argo becoming the direct owner of the STREAM graphene production platform and associated technologies.

Argo Graphene Solutions has announced a non-brokered private placement offering, for aggregate gross proceeds of CA$500,000 (over US$360,000). The offering will have an over-allotment option for up to additional gross proceeds of up to $75,000 (almost US$56,000).

The Company plans to use the proceeds of this offering for general working capital purposes and to continue its research and development of its graphene products.

Argo Graphene Solutions has announced positive preliminary results from testing its graphene dispersion in cement-based materials.

The program evaluated a graphene-modified cement mixture for stucco scratch coat and 3D construction printing applications. Compared with standard cement formulations, the graphene-enhanced mixture showed better workability, adhesion, and consistency during application, without issues during mixing or placement. Argo reported that the graphene formulation produced a denser surface and improved bonding performance.

Argo Graphene Solutions has announced the commencement of specialized design and testing for its proprietary graphene-infused asphalt mix at its research and development facility in Saskatchewan. Argo has secured a supply of graphene to be used for this asphalt design mix.

This testing phase focuses on a novel asphalt solution, designed to improve road safety and infrastructure longevity in extreme cold-weather climates. The Saskatchewan lab provides a rigorous environment for stress-testing materials against some of the harshest winter conditions in North America.
