Argo Graphene Solutions launches $1 million financing to advance STREAM graphene refinery strategy

Argo Graphene Solutions, developer of the STREAM™ graphene production platform, has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to $1,000,000, with a $200,000 over-allotment option, to fund the next phase of its graphene refinery buildout. The financing will go toward securing and developing a facility in the Chicago, Illinois area, continuing development of STREAM technology and intellectual property, and general corporate working capital.

STREAM, exclusively licensed from Grapherry, converts carbon-rich feedstocks into graphene and graphene oxide through two pathways, STREAM-G and STREAM-O, reducing reliance on mined natural graphite as a feedstock source. Argo has positioned the platform for applications across energy storage, AI infrastructure, semiconductors, construction, composites, agriculture, and coatings.

"This financing represents an important step in executing our strategy to build a vertically integrated graphene refinery around the STREAM technology," said Dr. Vikas Berry. "Following years of research, development and successful pilot-scale production, our focus is now on advancing manufacturing capacity and commercial applications."

The move follows a string of recent developments for Argo, including its license and technology transfer agreement with Grapherry, a closing of an earlier private placement in June 2026, and positive initial results from graphene oxide-enhanced cement testing.
