Argo Graphene Solutions upsizes private placement for STREAM™ commercialization

Argo Graphene Solutions, a Canadian graphene company developing a vertically integrated graphene refinery around its STREAM™ production platform, has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement from $1,000,000 to up to $1,500,000, citing strong investor demand.

The upsized offering will now consist of up to 1,875,000 units at $0.80 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one transferable warrant, with each warrant exercisable at $1.00 per share for 12 months from issuance. The offering also carries an over-allotment option for up to an additional 375,000 units, for up to $300,000 in further gross proceeds, exercisable at the company's discretion.

The offering has grown in stages: Argo first launched a $1 million financing in August 2026 to fund the next phase of STREAM™ commercialization, then amended its pricing later that month, cutting the unit price from $1.00 to $0.80 while keeping the $1 million target. This latest upsize keeps the lower per-unit price but raises the target by 50%.

Proceeds are earmarked for the next phase of Argo's STREAM™ commercialization strategy, including securing and developing a facility in the Chicago, Illinois area, establishing a graphene refinery, and general corporate and working capital purposes. STREAM™ is exclusively licensed from Grapherry, with a pathway to full ownership by Argo.

Argo is led by CEO Dr. Vikas Berry and is evaluating STREAM™ materials across markets including energy storage, AI infrastructure, semiconductors and advanced electronics, construction, composites, agriculture, and coatings.
