NanoGraphene
NanoGraphene, established in 2016 in the USA, was a graphene producer that used a proprietary, environmentally friendly technology in industrial quantities.
Nanographene's main product was chemically pure unoxidized graphene, and the company also produced other products based on graphene, including modified epoxy resin, electrically conductive and corrosion-resistant coating, anode material for lithium batteries and adhesives.
Bodi Energy
Bodi energy (previously Axium NanoFibers) developed a nanofiber eleoctrospinning process that can be used to produce a broad range of organic and inorganic nanofiber morphologies that can be assembled into multi-layered, integrated composites.
Bodi energy currently focuses on silicon-based materials for battery anodes. The company used to develop graphene-based fibers but it is not clear whether it still does.
Adama Materials
Adama Materials has developed a family of graphene oxide toughening agents for epoxy, unsaturated polyester, and vinyl ester resins.
Adama reported that its toughening agent can double resin toughness and deliver anywhere between a 60% and 140% increase in fracture energy (G1c) without losing composite strength or modulus.
Global Graphene Technologies
Global Graphene Technologies was established towards the end of 2015 as the holder of Sri Lanka's RS Mines, a graphite miner and graphene oxide producer.
Dotz Nano
Israel-based Dotz Nano was established in 2014 to commercialize a graphene quantum dot production process developed at Rice University's Tour Labs.
Dotz Nano changed its focus at around 2018, and the company is not producing GQDs anymore - it is now using carbon QDs to create solutions for the tracking and anti-counterfeiting industries.
Qingdao Haoxin New Energy Technology
Qingdao Haoxin New Energy Technology Corporation, located at Pingdu High-tech Industrial Park in Qingdao, China, was founded in 2012 as a manufacturer and developer of carbon-based materials (natural graphite, artificial graphite, Si-and-tin based anodes, and conductive slurries based on carbon nanotubes and graphene) for high energy and high capacity lithium-ion batteries.
The company operated an R&D lab and was certified by ISO9001. The company owned a natural graphite resource and runs a state-of-the-art pilot production line, with an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of natural graphite anodes, 5,000 tons of artificial graphite anodes, 500 tons of carbon nanotubes, and 500 tons of graphene.
GrapheneAll
GRPAHENEALL was a producer of graphene materials, with a plant in Siheung, Korea. Since its start-up phase in July, 2012, GRAPHENEALL has been focusing on the commercialization of chemically exfoliated graphene raw material. Grapheneall manufactured Graphene oxide(GO) and Reduced Graphene Oxide(rGO), on a self-reported ton per month scale.
The company no longer seems to be in business.
Grapheno
Grapheno, which started as a project of the LA NPDT, was established in 2016 with an aim to commercialize graphene applications based on a proprietary graphene production technology.
Grapheno's first application was supposed to be an EMI-shielding paint or coating, based on graphene - which can offer protection to sensitive electronics. It seems as if the company is no longer in business.
