GTechPlasma is a Portuguese deep-tech spin-off from Instituto Superior Técnico’s Institute for Plasmas and Nuclear Fusion, focused on producing high-quality graphene and graphene derivatives using plasma technology.
It a startup built around patented technology, with applications in electromagnetic shielding, stealth/radar-absorbing coatings, rare-earth and uranium extraction, and solid-state hydrogen storage.
The company says that it can make customized graphene-based materials in a single, automated, continuous process, with better consistency than many low-quality graphene products on the market.
