HydroGraph upsizes bought-deal offering to approximately US$44 million to fund US expansion

HydroGraph Clean Power has upsized its previously announced bought-deal public offering to gross proceeds of approximately US$44.1 million (C$61.2 million), up from an initially announced US$36 million (C$50 million), following strong investor demand.

The offering is expected to close on or about August 25, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, including from the Canadian Securities Exchange. HydroGraph said net proceeds will go toward business development activities, expansion of its American facilities, working capital, and general corporate purposes.

The financing follows a period of rapid US buildout for HydroGraph, including its Austin, Texas headquarters and its planned Texas manufacturing facility developed with Western International, alongside the addition of new Hyperion reactor capacity to scale graphene production.
