G6 Materials announces its latest financial results

G6 Materials Corporation announced its latest quarterly results for the quarter that ended on November 2022. Revenues increased to $490,527 (up from $320,204 last year) and net loss was $911,886, up from a net loss of $610,265 last year.

G6 Materials enters collaboration agreement with MADE Advanced Materials

G6 Materials has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Graphene Laboratories (GLI), has entered into a Strategic Partnership Agreement with Singapore-based MADE Advance Materials. The collaboration between GLI and MADE will be focused on production collaboration and the potential joint development of intellectual property.

MADE is a company that aims to introduce a new way of development in the next generation of graphene/fiber-reinforced composite materials. MADE works within the automotive, marine, and lifestyle industries.

G6 Materials announced FY2022 financial results

G6 Materials Corporation announced its FY2022 results for the year that ended on May 31, 2022. Revenues were $1.35 million, down from $1.94 million last year, primarily due to restructuring a change in sales mix by shifting the Company’s focus to the launch of its own brand of air purifiers.

G6 Materials quarterly revenues up 28% from last year

Graphene developer G6 Materials reported its financial results for Q1 2022 (ended February 2022). The company's revenues were $337,921, up 28% from last year, and the total loss increased 26% to $404,152.

As of February 28, 2022, total assets were $6.9 million. The company says it saw continued strong demand for its innovative formulations, along with impressive customer response to the relaunch of Graphene Supermarket. The company will soon launch its Breathe+ Pro medical grade air purifier product, and together with several major customer deals in the pipeline, it anticipates a very strong quarter.

G6 Materials has published its financial results for the quarter that ended on November 30, 2021. Revenues reached $320,000 (a 6% decrease from the last quarter), while the net loss decreased by 7% to $610,000.

G6M updates that it has recently secured an exclusive five-year supply agreement with an EU-based global microconnector company. G6 shall supply its products for a variety of smartcard applications.
