A fixed-term/contract full-time position, with a salary of £31,604 per annum, is available for an outstanding and ambitious electro-chemical engineer (electro-chemist) to undertake research in the field of graphene/graphene oxide membranes to enhance fuel cell operation.
Applicants should have, or be working towards, a PhD or equivalent in electro-chemical engineering or electro-chemistry. Expertise in the development and operation of low temperature PEM fuel cells is essential along with a general understanding of the fundamental mechanisms other electro-chemical processes. Applicants should be capable of working under their own initiative and leading a small research team, so excellent communication and organisational skills are also required.
