2D ApS

Denmark-based 2D provides single-layer and multilayered CVD graphene sheets on A4- to meter-sized sacrificial polymer sheets that enables application-agnostic dry transfer without using toxic solvents. The company says its process dramatically lowers the cost and difficulty of integrating large-area CVD graphene into applications, and provides a more consistent transfer, thereby advancing both existing use cases and fast-tracking new applications. 

2D is a spin-out from the Technical University of Denmark and the Graphene Flagship commercializing their pioneering work on large-scale roll-to-roll graphene dry transfer and in-line THz-TDS quality control - the first IEC standard for monitoring large-area CVD graphene quality. Production is currently being scaled up with 2D already servicing R&D-centric customers in academia and industry with a clear pathway towards mass-production of CVD graphene..
