I am a graphene evangelist who has been researching graphene daily since 2010. I also recently started a graphene-focused blog, www.nanotechgraphene.com, where I want to provide a trove of graphene information for the public to chew on.
  • What was the last book you read? 'The Richest Man in Babylon', by George S. Clason.
  • And the last movie you saw? 'Despicable Me 2', which I watched with my two boys.
  • Tell us a couple of things you have on your desk at work: a computer, bottle of water, daily coffee, and a notebook with a few of my inventions in it.
  • What’s your favorite food? a New York strip steak prepared by my wife. She learned how to cook it from watching a Gordon Ramsay video. I'm going to have to ask her to make me one now, lol.
  • What was your latest travel destination? The Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ. It is an amazing place and you can see the Statue of Liberty from the balcony.
  • What was the last music CD you listened to? Sogno by Andrea Bocelli.
  • What is the object you'd most like to 3D print? A whole city.
  • Who would you most like to sit next to on a long flight? (dead or alive): I would sit by Nikola Tesla and ask him a billion questions.
  • What are you most excited about regarding Graphene? There is so much to be excited for, but if I had to choose one thing, it would be it's use in energy. There are going to be unfathomable breakthroughs with graphene in the production, storage, transmission and conversion of energy.
