Graphene Devices, founded in 2009 and based in Niagara Falls US was a startup that explored graphene production and applications. The company used a process developed at the University of Buffalo.
Graphene Devices has been awarded with over $600,000 in several projects in 2010 by the US federal and state authorities. It was also funded by Excell partners VC.
As far as we know the company is no longer in business and its web site (graphenedev.com) is not active.
