Graphene-Info: infrastructure and server upgrades

I'm happy to announce that Graphene-Info's infrastructure was updated today, and we also moved to a new, and faster server. Graphene-Info is based on the open-source Drupal CMS, and we updated from version 6 to version 7. This, combined with the new server will hopefully enable a more stable, safer and quicker web site
