Northern Graphite acquired an ownership stake in NeoGraf Solutions
Graphite miner Northern Graphite announced that it has acquired an ownership interest in NeoGraf Solutions. Northern has a six month option to acquire an effective 50.1% voting interest and a 33.3% equity interest in NeoGraf and also has an option to increase its interest up to 100% at a later date.
NeoGraf, which is producing graphite and graphene materials, is one of Northern Graphite's largest customers. Northern Graphite says that this investment will enable Northern to integrate downstream into the manufacturing of graphite products for a number of high-growth markets including lithium ion batteries/EVs, fuel cells, graphene and nanomaterials, thermal management in consumer electronics, smart building products and fire retardants.
First Graphene signs partnership agreement with NeoGraf Solutions for exposure to U.S market
First Graphene (FGR) has announced that it has signed an exclusive technology partnership deal with U.S-based NeoGraf Solutions to develop and grow the graphene market in the U.S.
Under the 10-year agreement, graphite materials provider NeoGraf will sell First Graphene’s PureGRAPH products under the U.S company’s Graf-X brand, which has an established reputation in the U.S market, according to First Graphene.

US-based NeoGraf Solutions, a leading graphite developer and producer, announced that it has started to produce graphene (GNP) materials, branded as Graf-X. The company mainly targets thermoset and thermoset and thermoplastic applications.
NeoGraf says that it has an annual capacity of over 750 metric tons for its GNP material, and over 1,300 tons of its graphene precursors (GP), which are graphite products design to enable efficient conversion into graphene materials. The company produces its graphene in Lakewood, Ohio.
