Bora Bora Resources was an Australian based graphite exploration company with a suite of high grade graphite projects in Sri Lanka.
In June 2014, BBR signed an agreement to exclusively supply Monash University with graphite from its Matale Graphite project in Sri Lanka. The same agreement also gave Bora Bora the exclusive commercialization rights.
BBR was a public company, trading in the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: BBR). The company is no longer in business, it seems.
