Graphenea (www.graphenea.com) a nanotechnology company leader in graphene production, is currently looking for a talented Production Technician.
Graphenea, which is based at the nanoGUNE facilities in San Sebastian, Basque Country (Spain), is a high-quality graphene manufacturer for industrial and research needs. Graphenea utilizes proprietary production technologies including Chemical Vapour Deposition processes.
The position holder, reporting to Graphenea’s Production Manager and working closely with the Research team, will be responsible for:
- Executing production processes and quality control tests.
- Programming production plans.
- Automating production processes.
- Increasing production throughput.
- The continuous improvement of production processes.
- Committing to the overall company performance.
The position requires a technical background in Chemistry and/or Materials Science. Candidates must have hands-on laboratory experience and previous experience in highly competitive technology markets (Chemicals, Pharma, Semiconductors), as well as process automation experience will be considered. Experience in Clean Room manufacturing and quality methodologies like GMP or 21 CFR is valuable. Fluency in spoken and written English is needed.
