G6 Materials reports its financial results for Q4 2023

G6 Materials Corporation has announced its financial results for the latest quarter, that ended on December 31, 2023. Revenues for the quarter were $298,022 down from $490,526 last year, while net loss was $436,954, a significant improvement to the net loss of $911,886 reported for the same three-month period last year, as the Company continued with reduced expenditures to preserve cash.

The company is now focused on improving its working capital position by increasing sales of its new epoxy product line and its Breathe+ Pro Advanced Antimicrobial Graphene Air Filtration System. G6 is also focused on evolving its strategic partnership with Singapore-based MADE Advanced Materials.

G6 Materials Corporation has announced its financial results for the latest quarter, that ended on August 31, 2023. Revenues for the quarter were $320,907, down from $358,400 last year, while net loss was $426,946, down from $647,887 last year.

The company is now focused on improving its working capital position by increasing sales of its new epoxy product line and its Breathe+ Pro Advanced Antimicrobial Graphene Air Filtration System.. G6 is also focused on evolving its strategic partnership with Singapore-based MADE Advanced Materials.

G6 Materials ananounces its FY2023 annual results

G6 Materials Corporation announced its financial results for FY2023 (which ended on May 31, 2023). For the year, revenue was $1.5 million, up from $1.3 million in 2022. This was offset by increased R&D, general and administrative expenses.

Total loss in the year was $2.8 million, an improved from last year ($4.9 million loss, but that year included  $2.7 million investment write-down).

G6 Materials launches new thermally conductive epoxy product line

G6 Materials, has announced the launch of a new thermally conductive G6-EPOXY product line.

The first new product is named “G6E-TSHV” and is a high thermally conductive, non-electrically conductive epoxy, while the second new product is named “G6E-TSAL” and is a thermally conductive, non-electrically conductive, low viscosity epoxy. Both new products are available in various size formats.

G6 Materials Corporation announced its latest quarterly results for the quarter that ended on February 2023. Revenues were $370k, an increase from $338k last year. Net loss in the quarter was $446k, up from a net loss of $422k last year. At the end of the quarter, the company had $1.85 million in total assets (down from $3.76 million it reported last year).

G6 Materials announces its latest financial results

G6 Materials Corporation announced its latest quarterly results for the quarter that ended on November 2022. Revenues increased to $490,527 (up from $320,204 last year) and net loss was $911,886, up from a net loss of $610,265 last year.

Gross profit, however, increased from $39,383 to $201,471 primarily due to a change in product sales mix. In July 2022, G6M announced the launch and immediate availability of the Breathe+ Pro Advanced Antimicrobial Graphene Air Filtration System.

G6 Materials enters collaboration agreement with MADE Advanced Materials

G6 Materials has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Graphene Laboratories (GLI), has entered into a Strategic Partnership Agreement with Singapore-based MADE Advance Materials. The collaboration between GLI and MADE will be focused on production collaboration and the potential joint development of intellectual property.

MADE is a company that aims to introduce a new way of development in the next generation of graphene/fiber-reinforced composite materials. MADE works within the automotive, marine, and lifestyle industries.

G6 Materials announced FY2022 financial results

G6 Materials Corporation announced its FY2022 results for the year that ended on May 31, 2022. Revenues were $1.35 million, down from $1.94 million last year, primarily due to restructuring a change in sales mix by shifting the Company’s focus to the launch of its own brand of air purifiers.

The company's net loss for the year was $4.9 million, up from $0.94 million last year, primarily due to the $2,776,756 write-down of the value of its investment in GX Technologies due to the asset being deemed to be not ready for use and due to lower sales of air purification products. G6 says, however, that it is optimistic regarding the improvement in gross profit, and it expects revenues to increase in the near future as more of its air purification units became available for purchase by consumers through third-party websites. G6 Materials quarterly revenues up 28% from last year

Graphene developer G6 Materials reported its financial results for Q1 2022 (ended February 2022). The company's revenues were $337,921, up 28% from last year, and the total loss increased 26% to $404,152.

As of February 28, 2022, total assets were $6.9 million. The company says it saw continued strong demand for its innovative formulations, along with impressive customer response to the relaunch of Graphene Supermarket. The company will soon launch its Breathe+ Pro medical grade air purifier product, and together with several major customer deals in the pipeline, it anticipates a very strong quarter.
