Directa Plus doubles revenues in 2018

Directa Plus has reported that it more than doubled annual revenues, as its various commercial partnerships started to generate orders. Total income in 2018 reportedly rose to €2.5 Million (compared to last year's €1.23 Million) with sales of €2.25 Million (compared to last year's €1 Million) if grants are excluded.

Directa has projects ongoing to incorporate graphene into textiles, pollution treatments and road surfaces.

Giulio Cesareo, chief executive, said: There is every reason to look forward with great excitement to the coming year's activity at Directa Plus as we move forward on a number of extremely promising fronts."

Losses for the year were little changed at €3.96 Million, while the AIM-listed group closed 2018 with cash of €5.5 Million.
